January 2013

Daniel Newman has resigned his position as Trustee for the Trust effective immediately. This decision has been made due to a change in employment by Mr Newman.

In terms of Section 117 Sub Section 3 of the Local electoral Act 2001 the Board has decided not to replace Mr Newman with a temporary Board member in light of the upcoming elections in October 2013.

Waina Emery resigned as a trustee on 21st February 2011 and a by-election was held in April 2011. The result is as follows:

Notice is given under section 65 of the Local Electoral Act 2001 that the following person has been duly nominated as a candidate for the by-election being held for the Wiri Licensing Trust (one vacancy):

Phil KINGSLEY-JONES (Manurewa Action Team)

As the number of candidates does not exceed the number of vacancies, under section 63 of the Local Electoral Act 2001, Phil KINGSLEY-JONES is declared duly elected to the Wiri Licensing Trust.
