Notice is given under section 65 of the Local Electoral Act 2001 that the following person has been duly nominated as a candidate for the by-election being held for the Wiri Licensing Trust (one vacancy):

Phil KINGSLEY-JONES (Manurewa Action Team)

As the number of candidates does not exceed the number of vacancies, under section 63 of the Local Electoral Act 2001, Phil KINGSLEY-JONES is declared duly elected to the Wiri Licensing Trust.
